More than 20 years ago I came to southern Spain, Tarifa, for the first time. I was fascinated by the untouchedness and splendor of the area and remained infatuated with the beautiful region, which greatly influenced my subsequent years both personally and professionally.
So I worked as a horse trekking guide when I was young. Interested in the background of communication between animals and humans, I dedicated two and a half years to studying ethology/animal behavior therapy. I did my first therapeutic treatments for four-legged friends with behavioral problems after completing my studies (ATN Hamburg in 2007).
Since studying wild animals is essential and very informative for understanding the complex theory of behavior, my career was followed by further training in South Africa in the management of a nature park, followed by an internship in the “Botanic and Wildlife Park” Gibraltar and the Castellar/Jimena Wildlife Zoo in Spain. After another 4 years of studying, I obtained a Master of advanced studies at FHNW Switzerland in environmental management and technology in 2017.
In order to strengthen the inspiring and therapeutic effect of communication between animals and humans in my environment, I completed further training in Germany in January 2012 with the European Association of Horse Assisted Education to become a certified EAHAE communication trainer. For several years I have been an active member of teaching programs, master's programs and clinics in academic riding, which examine the horse mentally and physically in a comprehensive, individual and incredibly fair way.
I have been accompanied on my career in horse matters by sensitive and motivating people with whom I am currently able to continue my training: Bent Branderup, Kathrin Branderup, Celina Skogan, Hanna Engstrom, etc.

Movement and dance have played an important role in my life since I was a child. Over many years I have enjoyed countless dance workshops and different types of body work.
Only later did I discover Tango Argentino, which taught me how important it is to understand the other person in detail.
Dance prepared me for the horse world in that I learned to be very careful with my body, my mobility and my breathing. Since the horse perceives everything that happens in our body and doesn't overlook anything, it is of great advantage to continue to train its body awareness.
